1. AVAILABLE PAYMENT METHODS

We currently accept the following payment methods:

• ToyyibPay – Secure online payment gateway
• Atome – Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL), subject to Atome’s approval and applicable terms

2. TOYYIBPAY

Payments made through ToyyibPay may include the payment methods available through the ToyyibPay payment gateway at the time of checkout.

Once payment has been successfully completed, your order will be processed according to our order fulfilment and shipping procedures.

If your payment is unsuccessful, your order may not be confirmed until a successful payment is received.

3. ATOME

Atome allows eligible customers to pay for their purchases through its Buy Now, Pay Later service.

When selecting Atome at checkout:

• Your eligibility is determined by Atome.
• Your payment arrangement is subject to Atome’s terms and conditions.
• OHCIKDEERA does not control or determine Atome’s approval decisions.
• Any instalment or payment schedule will be displayed by Atome during checkout.
• Customers are responsible for making payments to Atome according to the agreed payment schedule.

4. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

An order will only be considered confirmed once successful payment has been received and verified by our payment system.

Please do not make multiple payments for the same order if you are unsure whether your payment was successful.

If you have been charged but your order does not appear to be confirmed, please contact us with your order details and payment information so we can assist you.

5. PAYMENT SECURITY

All payments are processed through our selected payment providers.

OHCIKDEERA does not store your complete credit card or debit card details on our website.

Payment information is handled by the relevant payment provider according to its own security and privacy policies.

6. FAILED OR INCOMPLETE PAYMENTS

If a payment fails, is cancelled or remains incomplete, the order may not be processed.

You may return to checkout and attempt the payment again using an available payment method.

7. DUPLICATE PAYMENTS

If you believe you have accidentally made more than one payment for the same order, please contact us immediately.
